“0.324 clinched the battle, but the war rages on.”

One week on from the wet and wild battle of the Scottish Highlands, the World Cup circuit landed in Leogang, Austria for World Cup #3. Riders were met with a bike park style track that posed an entirely different set of challenges from the week prior. The sun was out and the race was on!

Tracey Hannah has been dominant in the qualifiers all year but couldn’t quite repeat it for finals. That all changed in Leogang, grabbing her first win in a number of years and clinching the points lead in the same sweep.

11th place for Canyon Factory Racing’s Mark Wallace. Wallace was just 3.785 back off the win, a testament to how tight the racing was this weekend in Leogang.

Getting hurt just days before the first World Cup is never ideal, but Luca Shaw ain’t no quitter. 9th place today less than two months from his collarbone break - look for Shaw to get faster and faster as the season progresses.

Another top 10 for the Californian Charlie Harrison this weekend, bouncing back from a rough weekend in Scotland. Harrison has taken a big leap from last season and looks to be a top 10 contender all year long.

4th place for Danny Hart in Leogang, keeping his 2019 podium streak alive. Can he make it to the top step in Andorra?

Hot or cold, wet or dry, count Troy Brosnan in for a World Cup podium. 3rd place for Brosnan in Leogang, holding onto the points lead heading into Andorra.

Back in the mix! After a challenging 12 months filled with injury and misfortune, Greg Minnaar was back on form, qualifying 1st and finishing 2nd in finals.

After qualifying 11th things weren’t looking too good for Loic Bruni, but just at the right time he turned things around, putting down a flyer of a run in finals to grab his 2nd World Cup win of the year!
