RETURN POLICY:

Merchandise purchased directly from Crankbrothers USA may be returned in original packaging with a copy of the invoice, receipt or packing slip. The item(s) must be unused*, in new condition, and in undamaged packaging. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.** We recommend shipping via UPS-Insured. We will not accept C.O.D deliveries, nor can we replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

*Synthesis Carbon purchases include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and may be returned used, in good condition.

**Footwear return requests will be issued a pre-paid UPS return shipping label.
