RETURN POLICY:

Merchandise purchased directly from Crankbrothers.com may be returned in original packaging with a copy of the invoice, receipt or packing slip. The item(s) must be unused*, in new condition, and in undamaged packaging. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. * We recommend shipping via UPS-Insured. We will not accept C.O.D deliveries, nor can we replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

Crankbrothers USA provides free return shipping on new, unused footwear and will issue a complimentary return label upon return requests unless otherwise noted - all other items do not qualify for free return shipping, and shipping must be arranged by the original purchaser.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not ship return items without an outer box or padded envelope - any damage to the product packaging due to improper return shipping is subject to a 10% restocking fee.

*Synthesis Carbon purchases include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and may be returned used, in good condition.
