first, let us know what you would like from the pull down menu to the right.

once selected, follow the steps outlined for each process:

  • // Warranty / Service

    If you would like to send in product for service or warranty consideration, no problem, we’ve made it easy for you. please proceed to step 1

    Step 1 : please fill out the form to the right. in the “nature of your request” box, describe the issue you are having. next, choose the appropriate product type from the pull down menu and then give us a brief description of what product you have. please upload a photo of your return when possible. fill out the personal information boxes and click “submit” at the bottom of the form to receive a return authorization number (RA #). if sending in multiple items, please request a separate RA # for each item being returned. multiple RA’s in one box is fine.

    Step 2 : your return authorization (RA#) will appear along with the crankbrothers address in the automated response. ship your product back to us with the RA#(s) marked on the outside of the package. all warranty claims must include a copy of the original sales receipt. we recommend using a shipping method that has tracking capability.

    Step 3 : we will notify you when your package arrives. a crankbrothers rider support team member will evaluate your return and contact you to discuss the options available to you.

    Step 4 : please review your product evaluation (if applicable) and follow the instructions provided by the rider support team member. valid warranty claims with proper documentation, will be processed accordingly and will skip this step.

    Step 5 : the return request will be processed by the rider support team. the work will then be completed and product shipped back to you. tracking information for your package, when available, will be provided by the shipping company.

  • // Upgrade

    If you would like to send in product for an upgrade, no problem, we make it easy for you. please proceed to step 1

    step 1 : please fill out the form to the right.

    • 1. In the first drop down box, choose UPGRADE.
    • 2. In the box titled, “nature of your request” type
    • “Upgrade Me Now”.
    • 3. Choose either pedals or wheelsets from the product type menu. then, give us a brief description of what you have and what you would like to upgrade to.
    • 4. Fill out the personal information boxes and then click submit at the bottom of the form to receive a return authorization number (RA #). If sending in multiple items, please request a separate RA # for each item being returned. (when shipping, multiple RA’s in one box is fine).

    step 2 : Your Return Authorization (RA#) will appear along with the crankbrothers address in the automated response. Ship your product back to us with the RA#(s) marked on the outside of the package. we recommend using a shipping method that has tracking capability.

    THIS COMPLETES THE INITIAL PROCESS FOR YOU.

    step 3 : we will notify you when your package arrives. a crankbrothers rider support team member will evaluate your return and contact you to discuss the options available.

    step 4 : please review your product upgrade quote(s) and follow the instructions provided by the rider support team member to complete your upgrade request.

    step 5 : the upgrade request will be processed by the rider support team, and your product will be shipped to you. tracking information for your package, when available, will be provided by the shipping company.

  • // Returns

    You would like to send in product for a sales return or an exchange. Unused merchandise purchased directly from crankbrothers USA may be returned in original packaging with a copy of the invoice, receipt or packing slip. the item(s) must be unused and in excellent condition, in undamaged packaging. returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. please proceed to step 1

    step 1 : please fill out the form to the right. In the “nature of your request” box type in what you would like to do (return or exchange) and include your sales order number found on the packslip with your order. next, choose the appropriate product type from the pull down menu and then, give us a brief description of what product you have and what you would like if requesting an exchange and reason. fill out the personal information boxes and click submit at the bottom of the form to receive a return authorization number (RA #). if sending in multiple items, please request a separate RA # for each item being returned. multiple RA’s in one box is fine.

    step 2 : your return authorization (RA#) will appear along with the crankbrothers address in the automated response. ship your product back to us with the RA#(s) marked on the outside of the package. we recommend using a shipping method that has tracking capability.

    step 3 : we will notify you when your package arrives. a crankbrothers rider support team member will evaluate your return and contact you to discuss the options available to you.

    step 5 : the return or exchange request will be processed by the rider support team.

    For exchanges, turnaround time including shipping is about two weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. we will send a replacement item of the same value. we will only exchange even value. if the replacement item you want is a different value or not in stock, we will issue a refund and notify you of this change. tracking information for your package, when available, will be provided by the shipping company.

    For refunds, please allow us approximately two weeks to process the return.
