crankbrothers offers a generous warranty on materials and workmanship, including a 2-year warranty on most pedals, height adjustable seatposts and wheelsets. We offer a 5-year warranty for directsets, and a lifetime warranty on our pumps and tools. A limited 1 year warranty applies to the egg beater mxr, smarty, acid 0, and 5050x. Softgoods can be returned or refunded within thirty days of online purchase from our website, provided they are new and in packaging.
