warranty instructions

If you have a broken Crankbrothers product and feel that it may be a warranty issue, the first step is to obtain a return authorization number (RA #).

You may do so here: http://www.crankbrothers.com/rt_ticket_add.php

Once you have your RA#, send in the part with the number written on the outside of the package. This will let us know why its here and what to do with it. It is always a good idea to include a note in the package with the problem and return address.

When sending in a warranty, always send in the complete product. For example: if only one pedal is broken, still send in both left and right pedals. This will allow us to check for any issues that may pop-up in the near future. Wheels are an exception and may be sent in individually.

Crankbrothers will repair or replace warranty items in a timely fashion. Crankbrothers may not always be able to repair or replace items with the same color, but will always use parts of equal or greater value.
